We miss you
If they haven’t been in 60 days, they get a we-miss-you. One person, right day. Regulars never see it. They keep earning points and pay full price.
The next visit isn’t left to chance. A secret sale or an exclusive offer to the people who weren’t coming. Everyone else still pays full price.
